1. Right to withdraw from the contract

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

2. Return Terms

A return will be accepted if:

• the product shows no signs of use,

• is complete and in its original packaging,

• will be sent back within 14 days of submitting your return request.

3. Return costs

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the return was due to our error (e.g. sending the wrong product or defective goods).

4. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and accepted, a refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days to the same payment method that was used for purchase.

5. Non-returnable products

Some products are non-returnable, for example:

• goods made to special order,

• products showing traces of assembly or use,

• hygiene goods after opening the package.
